2025 Scientific Conference of the Chinese Alliance for Cognitive and Frailty Research
2025 Chinese Medicine and Longevity Medicine Dialogue Summit Forum
Date: 2025, 4 - 6 November
Dear experts and colleagues in the field of longevity and anti-aging:
Health and longevity are the long-standing wishes of the Chinese nation, and it is one of the themes of countless literary works and medical monographs in the history of Chinese civilisation for 5,000 years. The idea of curing health before the disease is discussed in the "Yellow Emperor's Neijing". The average life expectancy of humans has continued to increase, and it has long surpassed the boundary of "life is rare for 70 years" and is approaching Mishou (88 years old).
Longevity does not mean health, and cognitive impairment and frailty are two of the most significant phenotypic changes in the aging process and are significantly associated with increasing age. From a scientific perspective, how to identify, prevent, treat and manage cognitive impairment and frailty at an early stage are two major scientific issues in the field of healthy longevity and successful aging. From the perspective of governments and community-based organizations, the planning, allocation and input of evidence- and model-based policy-making and community-based service resources need to take into account the characteristics and needs of local populations. From a business perspective, the field of longevity and anti-aging represents a huge unmet market demand, and the next two decades will continue to emerge high-quality health promotion services, supplements, and assistive devices with proven scientific evidence and proven results, gaining market value for money.
In this context, the National University of Singapore, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine jointly organized the 2025 Chinese Cognitive and Frailty Science Conference, and invited experts and scholars in the field of traditional Chinese medicine to conduct dialogues and exchanges with Western medical researchers engaged in anti-aging and longevity research, so as to promote the integration and communication between China and the West.
We warmly invite researchers, clinicians, managers and policymakers in the fields of cognition, frailty, gerontology, longevity medicine, gerontology, gerontology, and gerontology, as well as companies in the fields related to health and longevity.
